Becoming A Teacher

Since I've started my course in Education, I've thought that this couldn't be something that I envisioned myself in 10 years time. I had always thought that I'd make ICT a career in my future because, yes, I'm in love with the subject but as I went on I knew deep inside I couldn't survive in that career. Therefore, I've decided that I'd take on Education instead. Little that I know I was already trained to become a teacher since I was a little girl.

It all started when I first went to school, kindergarten, as soon as I went home from school I started playing teacher and students. I teach and correct my imaginary students. I pretend to be the student and then I became the teacher to correct the student, me. I loved playing it so much that I pretty much played student and teacher every day.

When my brother, Phelan, was big enough to play with me and that was a few years after I started to go to school, I recruited him to be my student. My brother was an excellent student when he was smaller. He listens to me and does the 'homework' that I gave him. Now, he pretty much ignores me. Lol~

When I think about it, it couldn't be a coincidence that I've finally taken the path of becoming a teacher. It was already pre-predicted in the past. And I'm really glad that I took the decision to become one. Though being an educator has it challenges, I do love learning on how to overcome it. The subject that the course offered had been interesting and fascinating and my most favorite subject currently is Cognitive, Psychology and Other Related Sciences. It is a very interesting subject, possibly because psychology always pique my interest. Heheheh

Anyway I just wanted to share what I've learnt so far. XP
