I know, I know... I promised I'll blog about China Trip hahahaha well you know me... I had no inspiration to write lol~ but today seems like I'm in a mood to write so... yeah... hahahaha alright here I go~
Day 1 (ShenZhen, Guangdong Province, China)
Arrived at the Airport, I was really excited! ....and a little anxious because it happened to be my first day of my monthly flux.... Orz and I didn't have ANY pad in my handbag during the 3 hour flight! OMG! I was seriously in the state of panic but luckily I was able to secure (what the hell? lol) one from the stewardess. Bless her kind soul lol
anyway~ We arrived at the airport waiting for our tour guide. I remembered the first thing that entered by mouth as soon as we landed... and that was water. They had a water machine? lol! ahem... anyway they had that thing damn... my vocabulary is seriously getting worse lol so my mom and i filled the water into our empty bottles... and i was really really thirsty and gulp! .... ugh... the water tasted like sewage water... =.='' i don't want to insult anybody but really! ... i'm not kidding! or... maybe its just me, hmm....
alright, alright i know i'm dilly dallying lol so we found our tour guides. Nancy and Victor. We are split into 2 groups because there are too many of us (52 people and all of us are from sabah and most of us are from penampang), Group A led by Nancy and Group B led by Victor. I'm in group B along with my mom lol. So we were led off to the bus and I remembered it was red and we have to go in... on the right side O.o ....yeah they all drive on the wrong side of the road O.O
We had our lunch (it was DELICIOUS! hhahaha) and we went directly to Splendor of China, where all the districts in China gathered in one park. There's a lot of things to see inside. Victor said its two hours walking... wow... don't think I have the heart or stomach to go walking in my condition lol. I didn't feel the pain of my first day yet... not until later... ugh...
When we first entered the Splendor of China... all i can see were... chinese umbrellas lol tied on the tree branches. Its really beautiful and i remembered i took pictures with my mom there hahaha. and then we went to ride a small train and explored the whole park. there's a lot of miniature buildings and landmarks of china. they are so incredibly cute hahaha and there's a miniature of the Great Wall of China too! hahaha! Its amazing... the wall seemed stretch almost around the park. Although its not the real thing but still it is an incredible sight to see hehehe via the train... we had only 3 stops... all of them are... not really as attractive as those that we've passed by... Orz but anyway its really enjoyable XD ...and HOT! ugh... i feel so restless... its hot and humid... and CROWDED!
ahem, i shall continue... the next show was the Mongolian Horse....war? hahaha its a show... of how the chinese people... fought against the monguls? well its in chinese, couldn't really translate it well lol but its a great show. you can see how the young people in china ride the horses skillfully... its awesome hahahaha before and after the show, they offered anyone that wanted to ride on the horse... with them... i'm not scared but... i'm not particularly... comfortable. A, I'm bleeding down there. seriously. and B, ....i don't think..i can stand the smell.... =.='' yeah... i'm a little...germ-a-phob =.= teruknya
yeah next~ .... is the uuhh... let me recall... The Dance of the Dragon and Phoenix. The show is at 7pm (oh china's time is also the same as Malaysian Time weee~ we don't have to change the time!) and we have to wait lol Victor told us that we can roam around the shopping street before dinner and we will all (Group B only) gather at the same spot, oooohhhhh rendezvous~ ,,,, ahem so yeah and this was the time i was REALLY REALLY in pain!! arghhhhh! My stomach hurts... my back hurts... my spine hurts.... and i was feeing weak, tired and anxious! ... and i was already sweating like a pig because of the heat.... and i could feel my rashes coming... ugh... the worse day of my life... so far. lol
I'll make it brief because we did absolutely nothing during the break time that Victor gave us lol! After a little shopping in Shopping street, we went for dinner. We had dinner at a little Tea House in the Shopping Street and after that... we headed to the uuhhh... Theatre to watch the... Dance of the Dragon and the Phoenix. I wish I bought the DVD, oh well =.= its 60 yuan! meaning its RM 30 per DVD O.O the price is quite steep imo.
The show is really... beautiful hahahah there's a lot of colours, lights, cinematics...costumes... a lot people...animals... a lot of stuff. happening in one show hahahah well its like watching a movie afterall it is... one and a half hour. During the show, I was still in pain. I feel really restless lol ugh how i wish i wasn't i wanted to enjoy the show without worrying about anything... ugh...
Hmm... after the show we left Splendor of China and headed to the hotel! THANK GOD! Oh one more fact, they call their hotels.... Jiu Dian if directly translated it means... Kedai Arak! or... Liquor Store O.O!!
The end of my first day in China lol Day 2 is a little more interesting... its because we are headed to Hong Kong! The pearl of the...Orient? hahahaha I always wanted to visit HK~
To be continued on the next post!
Ciao ciao for now~
