Am gonna start off simple, jogging around Bukit Padang... not going to attempt hiking up the hill... I know I'm gonna get muscle pain the next day and that'll disrupt my training routine... uuhhh thinking about training makes me feel so.... bleurrghhh.... lol
Ah well, I had a very unhealthy lifestyle for the last 5 months so I guess it is time to burn all that stubborn fatties. The outdoors makes me feel at peace, not that I don't like the gym but it's so stuffy in there. It's not comfortable >.<
Went to Core Fitness at Citymall before I seriously love the sauna room and the weight training room. It's so awesome! I wish I could go there everyday for a year! But it's not that cheap. Meh. I wish I'm rich. I want a trainer to tell me how to lose flabby arm and tough tummy fats. A trainer to drill and force me to do sit ups and push ups. Rawr!

Ah well, I guess I have to do things on my own for now. Now the problem is... finding something to motivate me to lose weight. Hmm... a huge poster of Megan Fox's hot bod...? I guess that'll do for now nyaha~
Mm hmm that'll do, yeap that'll do alright.

Now all me have to do is wake up early tomorrow to jog! Ciaoz!
