Kaamatan Month

This year I decided not to join any Unduk Ngadau competition. I know it might be profitable as you errr receive money from… joining the competition. BUT anyway……. not wanting to sound like a desperate chick for money. The reasons I didn’t join this years Harvest Festival pageant are

1. I’m fat. plain and simple LOL!
2. Things that needed to be done. like my report and stuff. Practical wasn’t over yet.
3. I’m too old for these pageants.. i know the age limit is 25 but be my guest if you wanna compete with 16 year olds or 17 year olds lol
4. the last thing is… i seriously can’t handle large crowds LOL!

I know, I know these are lame excuses but hey, there are bigger things in life right? but my mom said I should join next year just for laughs. =.= ahh well guess I will. if i have the time. I have no idea what’s going to happen next year. I’m graduating this year and hopefully next year i’m gonna start working already.
Hope everything just fall into pieces… sigh… the future is unpredictable but i’m sure as hell going to make sure i’m prepared for it all. lol
alright, i know this post consists of rants and useless info lol but well a girl’s gotta do what a girl's gotta do.right? =P

Oh yeah another thing before I stop typing and get ready to get out of the house….

p/s: my first time spent kaamatan at KDCA yesterday, I drank and partied with friends. and because of my stupid inability to refuse their offer, I end up with a hangover this morning. =.=

Journal Entry Week 1 and 2

hi peeps~ so sorry about the delay. Been busy lately with my last week of practical and I spent another week to finish my report. Exhausting truly. I didn't even have time to even post here lol but today here I am. Updating my latest weight loss~ =D

From today onwards, I will post weekly instead of daily. lol that way the result will be more... uuh conclusive? lol =P

Journal Entry: Week One

Workout done: Lunges, Jumping Jacks, Pumping and Sit-ups (30 minutes) - morning
                        Jogging (1 hour) - Evening

Current weight: 65kg
Lost: 1kg
Goal: 52kg
Left: 12kg


Diet: 2 litres of water everyday.
        Cut the consumption of rice to half.




Journal Entry: Week Two

Workout done: Lunges, Jumping Jacks, Pumping and Sit-ups (30 minutes) - morning
                        Jogging (1 hour) - Evening

Current weight: 64kg
Lost: 1kg
Goal: 52kg
Left: 11kg


Diet: 2 litres of water everyday.
        Cut the consumption of rice to half.
        Ate 5 times a day (small portions). Healthy snacks (apples and guava)

Things to get: Pedometer.

Did not eat rice today but I still need to drink more water.

        Dinner (Ronnie's Fish and Chips and 100 plus)

Still need to cut down rice intake.
Must exercise for more than an hour.

Cut down on the rice to a quarter. Still can't live without rice T-T
Need to drink more water and green tea for metabolisme.

Weight Loss Journal

I am thinking of starting a weight loss journal. I feel like I want to keep track of my weight loss and my diet. Reason? I seriously suck at being disciplined =P

So yeah here's what I am going to report today...

Journal Entry: Week One

Day One: 3rd of May 2012 (Thursday)

Playlist: None

Location: Stadium Penampang.

Workout done: Jogging and Hiking. (05:40pm to 06:50pm)

Current weight: 65kg
Lost: 0kg

Diet: Nasi Campur (Rice, Chicken and Green Bean), 100 Plus -Afternoon-
        California Roll (Salmon, Unagi and Tuna), Spring Roll, Hot Green Tea -Dinner-

Postmortem:
Need to cut down on the rice and drink more water.
Tomorrow's diet will be fruits and veges.
Will need to jog in the morning before going to work and after work for optimum weight loss.

Ahhh almost over

Yosh! Practical is almost over, one more week to go! Awesssssoommee!!! I can't wait to get out of this school. On a serious note, I want to thank my mentor, Madam Irene Lung for her knowledge and advice that came just the right time. I am grateful being under your tutelage and the experienced gained was very useful and knowledgeable. *bow* Thank you so much. You are an inspiration to me and I am happy to work under the greatest English teacher in SMK DPM =D

Anyways...........

ONE MORE WEEK!!!! I am seriously counting the days =P

So moving on,

Tomorrow the school is organizing a camp for students who has disciplinary problems. Those who don't listen to teachers, act like they own the school, delusional, perverts etc. I have no idea what's going on in these kids' heads. Hmm, well the Counseling teachers might be able to help them lol I have no idea how to help people like these. I am there just to uhh keep watch of these naughty, naughty kids =P The facies needed more teachers to pitch-in in the program so me and Malvin volunteered lol I think I'm starting to regret a little in joining lol These are the rowdy bunch after all. How am I going to deal with these kids? ^^'' Crap.

Now I have to pack for the weekend camp. I sacrificed my weekend for this and I so hope I don't regret doing it lol

Birthday Bash!

I know this is a late post =P but I still wanted to share lol so bear with me? hahhaha

On the 26th April,
My actual birthday. Nothing interesting happened actually LOL I was at school, working, the usual. Because it was a Thursday. Boo-hoo. Having a weekday birthday sux. But the workload was light. There wasn't enough teachers in the school that day. So we gathered all the form 1 and 2 students in the hall to watch movies. =P Form 1 students watched Despicable Me for the first half of the afternoon and Form 2 students watched Hantu Botol Kicap =.='' don't ask... for next half until it was time to go home lol. Wasn't much at least I did no heavy lifting =P

On the 27th April,
A Friday! That day was the premier of 'Marvel's The Avengers' and we've booked tix to the movie at Suria Sabah! Planned it since last week. Thanks again Jon for helping me buy the tix. And of course thanks to the participants also. I know you guys can't resist free movie tix =P I kid I kid.
