Day Three: 5th of May 2012 (Saturday)

Location: SMK DPM

Workout done: Lunges and Sit-ups (15 minutes)

Current weight: 65kg
Lost: 0kg (No weigh-in yet)

Diet: Breakfast (none)
        Lunch (Fried Rice and two fried eggs and OJ)
        Dinner (Ronnie's Fish and Chips and 100 plus)
        
Postmortem:
Still need to cut down rice intake.
Must exercise for more than an hour.
