I was away for camping. I had no internet access so... please forgive me for the late post =P

Journal Entry: Week One

Day Two: 4th of May 2012 (Friday)

Playlist: None

Location: SMK DPM

Workout done: Lunges and Sit-ups (15 minutes)

Current weight: 65kg
Lost: 0kg (No weigh-in yet)

Diet: Breakfast (none)
        Lunch (Rice, Green bean and chicken and 500ml. water)
        Dinner (Rice with Japanese Curry and hot green tea)
        
Postmortem:
Cut down on the rice to a quarter. Still can't live without rice T-T
Need to drink more water and green tea for metabolisme.
