Workout done: Lunges and Sit-ups (15 minutes)
                        Jogging (30 Minutes)

Current weight: 65kg
Lost: 0kg (No weigh-in yet)

Diet: Breakfast (none)
        Lunch (Claypot Yee Mee and a glass of Chinese Tea)
        Dinner (Singapore Curry Mee Hoon and a glass of Iced Lemon Tea)
        
Postmortem:
Did not eat rice today but I still need to drink more water.
After indulging, must go work out. T-T
