Weight Loss Journal

I am thinking of starting a weight loss journal. I feel like I want to keep track of my weight loss and my diet. Reason? I seriously suck at being disciplined =P

So yeah here's what I am going to report today...

Journal Entry: Week One

Day One: 3rd of May 2012 (Thursday)

Playlist: None

Location: Stadium Penampang.

Workout done: Jogging and Hiking. (05:40pm to 06:50pm)

Current weight: 65kg
Lost: 0kg

Diet: Nasi Campur (Rice, Chicken and Green Bean), 100 Plus -Afternoon-
        California Roll (Salmon, Unagi and Tuna), Spring Roll, Hot Green Tea -Dinner-

Postmortem:
Need to cut down on the rice and drink more water.
Tomorrow's diet will be fruits and veges.
Will need to jog in the morning before going to work and after work for optimum weight loss.
