Journal Entry Week 1 and 2

hi peeps~ so sorry about the delay. Been busy lately with my last week of practical and I spent another week to finish my report. Exhausting truly. I didn't even have time to even post here lol but today here I am. Updating my latest weight loss~ =D

From today onwards, I will post weekly instead of daily. lol that way the result will be more... uuh conclusive? lol =P

Journal Entry: Week One

Workout done: Lunges, Jumping Jacks, Pumping and Sit-ups (30 minutes) - morning
                        Jogging (1 hour) - Evening

Current weight: 65kg
Lost: 1kg
Goal: 52kg
Left: 12kg


Diet: 2 litres of water everyday.
        Cut the consumption of rice to half.




Journal Entry: Week Two

Workout done: Lunges, Jumping Jacks, Pumping and Sit-ups (30 minutes) - morning
                        Jogging (1 hour) - Evening

Current weight: 64kg
Lost: 1kg
Goal: 52kg
Left: 11kg


Diet: 2 litres of water everyday.
        Cut the consumption of rice to half.
        Ate 5 times a day (small portions). Healthy snacks (apples and guava)

Things to get: Pedometer.
